In the 10 decades of the city’s growth, the rate isn’t very encouraging between -0.37 percent to 0.37 percent, ranging from losing about 10,000 or adding 10,000 every year to the overall population. We believe that using the latest numbers from the previous years (see the table below in the next section) will help to make the calculation more precise.
